OUT AT THE FAIR

Hyperion partnered with Out at Inc. on the 2026 Out at the Fair production in Orange County, supporting the live event and helping execute an established LGBTQ+ community experience within the fair environment. This is a different kind of experiential case study because Hyperion was plugging into an existing event platform rather than creating the event itself. The role was production-focused: bringing the team, logistics and execution needed to support the live experience on site. The case study should focus on the physical event, programming, audience and community, stage or performance environment and Hyperion’s production execution rather than presenting the project as a brand activation.
